Platform

One operating system
for bank-owned real estate.

REOMind brings the work of an REO department into one place: what needs action, what each asset is worth and why, what compliance must review, who will buy it, and who approved what.

Modules

What a special-assets team works in every day.

Each module is labeled honestly. “Available now” is live in the product today; “In development” is on the roadmap.

Executive Command Center
Available now

Portfolio KPIs computed from your own records, a ranked queue of what needs action today, and breakdowns by stage, type, geography, risk and compliance.

Asset Workspace
Available now

One decision record per asset: source data, agent analysis and human decisions shown separately, with an audit trail.

Approvals
Available now

Approve, reject or override a recommendation. Role-checked, reason required for rejections and overrides, and logged.

Specialist agents + adversarial review
Available now

Market, valuation, risk, compliance and investor-matching agents, plus a two-sided debate on the disposition path.

Agent Command Center
In development

Run history, evidence, confidence, success rate, and human approval and override rates for every agent.

Investor pipeline
In development

Matched buyer profiles with rationale, outreach that sends only after approval, and offer tracking.

Compliance & Governance Center
In development

Exception queue, required reviews, evidence and resolution tracking across the portfolio.

Board & credit-committee package
In development

An executive-ready PDF with KPIs, material risks, recommendations, approvals and methodology.

Mobile
In development

The console on phone and tablet, then native apps for field inspections and investors.

How a recommendation is made

Evidence first, then argument, then a person decides.

1. Source data stays source data

Your REO list, documents and public records are stored and labeled as source data, never mixed with what the agents produce.

2. Agents work in parallel and show their work

Each agent answers one question (value, risk, compliance, market, buyers) and records its evidence, data date and confidence.

3. Two agents argue the case

An adversarial review argues for and against the recommended path. Disagreement is surfaced to your reviewer, not averaged away.

4. An authorized person decides

Nothing is priced, listed or sent to a buyer until someone with the right role approves it. Every decision carries a name, a time and, when it departs from the recommendation, a reason.

See it on a sample portfolio.

We’ll walk your team through the Command Center and an asset decision record using clearly labeled sample data.
